Chapter 9, INVESTMENT, Section B: Investor-State Dispute Settlement (ISDA).

ISDA appears in the TPP and will possibly appear in the TTIP Agreements and has been much debated on a global basis. Below, we consider Chapter 9, Section B which deals with IDSA and explain its requirements.
