The Government should consider calling an immediate vote in favour of it giving notification in line with the referendum vote under Article 50(2) and they are entitled to expect a unanimous vote in favour. The Court decision on Thursday 3 November was clear and should be accepted by all members of Parliament and an appeal should be unnecessary. Parliament approved the Remain or Leave vote under the European Union Referendum Act 2015  and they should correct the failure to arrange for providing for notification under Article 50(2) by the Government within that Act.   233-brexit-two-faults

El Gobierno Británico debiera considerar convocar el voto a favor en forma inmediata y dar notificación bajo Artículo 50(2) de acuerdo al resultado del voto en el reciente referéndum,  teniendo el derecho a esperar un voto unánime a favor. La sentencia del Tribunal del jueves 3 de noviembre fue clara y debe ser aceptada por todos los miembros del Parlamento, por lo que sería innecesario apelar. El Parlamento aprobó el referéndum sobre el voto de quedarse o salirse en virtud de la Ley de Referéndum de la Unión Europea 2015 y se debe corregir la falla presente en esta Acta con relación de preparar la entrega de notificación por el Gobierno bajo Artículo 50(2).  233-brexit-two-faults
